      Dude passed up a bunch of jobs and was quite loyal to ND.    Regarding Tyler, thats the reality, kids want to play. It isnt about loyalty, it is about opportunity for personal development.

      Oh I agree with that. Besides some Rocket and Zorich type guys ND’s talent is as close to being where it was back then that I can remember. They are just missing explosive guys at certain positions at

    Loved him as a recruit and think he can still be a great LB (probably for Vandy and Clark Lea, if I had to guess - close to home and the coach that recruited him to ND). It just seemed like he had a hard time grasping the defense - made a lot of mental mistakes on the field. I think the coaches gave him every opportunity to earn playing time, but he just didn't take advantage. ND is in a great spot at LB - a ton of experience this year (Bertrand, Kiser, Liafau) and plenty of talent waiting in the wings (Sneed, Ausberry, Ziegler).

    He also weighed 210 during the season last year

    Me too. Coach Clark Lea was after him pretty hard out of high school and Vandy is a gre4at academic school close to his home
