Take a young coach with energy and support and you’ll see it grow into something great. These issues won’t last forever. Treat him like Paterno as a lifelong coach and I think you’ll see us create a dynasty. This crap of 3-5 years and done has to stop. If you give Freeman 10 solid years, a lot of people will be jealous of our success. Our floor is the teens in rankings, currently. That’s literally our floor! We’re in great shape…the what have you done for me lately junk has to stop. You have to play the long game…

We should take an athlete who thinks he’s a qb only to learn he’ll be really good at another position. That’s probably our best bet.

Coaching is all about who you hire, both for execution and recruiting. I would rather have a head coach who had energy for recruiting than a Ty Willingham who complained about ND and refused to get off his a$$…

Hell, Leonard flat out ignored the TE about 5 yards downfield to dump to the rb behind the line of scrimmage and tackled for no gain… I told my buddy yesterday that we’re navy…shocking when we fire a deep ball.
