At least winning last night makes it harder to recruit negatively vs. ND since the Irish beat a ranked SEC team on the road and hopefully can stay undefeated and in or near the Top 5 for awhile. Now ND needs to score some points so that QBs and WRs can believe that they will flourish.

I liked the fact that by kicking the last FG, not only did it clinch the game, it gave the Irish a double digit win on the road vs. a ranked SEC team which will help come CFP rankings.

Wishful thinking but one thought I had about the Knapp and Pendleton starting vs A&M is that, each being 30 pounds lighter, they might be quicker than Baker and Spindler and perhaps better at handling the Aggies quick DL rushers?
