Anything and everything BEER

Recommended Posts

Elder is a double IPA and Younger is a triple IPA. It takes twice the time to make and thus less available. Usually only available in short supply and limited releases. 10.25 % ABV. Elder is 8% ABV. They make great Beers and this one is gem. The Damnation is one of my favorite that you can get without much trouble.

U are correct! and get in line, it is a great idea.

Alright in no particular order.

Lagunitas sucks

Lagunitas little sumpin

Three Floyd's gum ball head

Pranqster

Arrogant bastard

These all change depending on my mood. Some of the wheat ales are a little sweet and sometimes get overwhelming.

Dogfish head, and ruination get honorable mention.

I finally got a chance to go to the local pub that has Zombie Dust on tap. I only had one glass because it was 8 friggin dollars. It is great, I would move it into my top five for sure.

That is the going rate around here for anything resembling decent.

Tried last night:

1. Hanger 24 double IPA.

2. Firestone Wookie Jack

Where are you located Damsha?

I'm about 40 miles south of Los Angeles.

How far are you from Indy? I read that Yard House is opening there. It's probably my favorite casual restaurant and it's great for trying new beers. http://www.yardhouse.com/home

They one by me has 200 beers on tap. Check it out (assuming you have not been to one).

In any event, $7.50 is the going rate for a quality pint around these parts.
