in all seriousness the bowl game doesn’t mean a lot. It is needed because ND needs the additional practices for all the young guys. Time to see what Angeli is worth, though on short notice.

Buchner has been practicing the last two weeks, it is unknown if he can take contact at this point.

Pyne was told that ND would be going after a transfer portal QB, but that nothing will be promised to any incoming QB, there will be a competition. Pyne didnt like that, so decided to transfer.

I think he could still graduate with a ND degree.

I do find the timing odd for Pyne to do it now, but maybe he is scared all the QBs will go too quickly and needs to go now.

I think that’s it. I think he thinks he has a shot at a legitimate contender. Georgia-Bennett I believe is gone. ha…

I just wished the coaches would of got Angeli some time. Probably going to be a compete shit show now with two qb’s. Tyree in the wildcat!

that is simply not the case. Nothing Pyne has shown says he is a better passer than Buchner. Buchner clearly beat him out during spring/fall camp and earned the starting job.

i mean, with the amount of players who will sit out and the QB situation, is it an excuse or a valid reason?
