  1. My takes: Tyree - would’ve liked to see him back but he’s going closer to home and in all honesty probably just looking for another opportunity. He never really panned out into the explosive player we thought he would be. Flores - On record saying he left because stuckey was no longer there. James - never really picked up the offense and another alleged stuckey casualty. Merriweather - pretty much a disappointment all around, I figured he’d leave for other opportunities For what it’s worth there were some rumors going around that one of the stuckey being removed reasons was being caught smoking up with some of the players (besides being a shitty wr coach with the dumbest drills I’ve ever seen). Probably more to it than we’ll ever actually know for sure
  2. Good point. Won’t derail this combine thread, but excited about those young backs and wr’s that seem to have that different gear
  3. It’s unfortunate that time is probably going to drop him a bit. Throw on the pads and his field speed is plenty good enough. Shoot, look at Kyren Williams who I think ran a 4.64 and dropped, now a pro bowler
  4. Just saw the McCullough news too. Two veteran established coordinators and a bunch of young and already proven position coaches that recruit the fudge out of the country.
  5. Not a change, but Golden signed a 4 year extension. Love this move with him and Denbrock
  6. Yankees fan, ND fan…might have to get some tickets. Was there for their huge Pinstripe Bowl win against rutgers. Maybe 2023? Awful fans to be around
  7. Don’t think I’d be super concerned…I think you’re spot on about Mickens. O’Leary was probably the weak spot on the defensive coaching side and they more than have the ability to withstand and come out with no repercussions
  8. Yup, this. Shanklin becoming a priority and has a much higher ceiling there. Just a situation where there’s going to be some better options I think.
  9. Nice, can keep my #12 jersey rolling a few more years until I get too fat for it
  10. That comment about noticing ND now on the recruiting trail and not before is solid gold. This is the biggest reason why I think Freeman is the perfect coach in this current landscape, you need relentless recruiters (and A+ coaching) when you’re re-recruiting an entire roster every year and dealing with NIL
  11. Sounds like it was a great hit all around for the currently committed and the ones holding offers. 2025 shaping up to be a monster class
  12. She’ll admit it. She can bake at least. I don’t do any of that
