Meaningless if we were to come calling...Our situation would be very hard to turn down. Not saying he would be the guy, but saying this job would be hard to pass up for some bigger name coaches. If ND tapped him on the shoulder he would jump at the chance.

Seriously? Not saying Chuck isn't a good coach but really? All hypothetical but IF Kelly is to move on: We Just came off a National Title run, have a top 3 recruiting class and have some great young talent. You think the best we could do is someone from our own coaching staff? Not to be too negative but there is a reason some he wasn't involved in some of the coach searches lately. With all the history, and where we are talent wise not too many current head coaches out there wouldn't think ND would be a great opening. Its not like the cupboards are bare. Personally, I'd put Charlie Strong on top of a short list of Head coaches that would include the likes of some top head coaches out there. And if we were to hire a guy that's a coordinator, Kirby Smart would be on top of that list. Just saying there is talent out there that i would look at well before our current staff. Not saying our staff is trash just saying lots of fish in the sea that would LOVE to be sitting where Kelly is right now.

Such a great problem to have. Love the depth of talent we have.

Heard on the radio this morning that he will most likely be out for spring (baseball ) and fall (football) and he would most likely be granted a medical Red shirt. Not sure he was an EE so baseball could mean HS.

Yeah....Floyd and Teo are extremely self-entitled..jumping at the chance to make millions and forgoing there senior year..oh wait, no they didn't. But at least Floyd takes plays off and doesn't block for his running backs..oh wait no he didn't. I've heard nothing but class act about these guys. Keep graduating those Weis classes, Lord only knows we don't need All American WRs, NFL caliber top round Safteys, a potential overall top 10 NFL pick MLBs and potential top RBs. No sir we couldn't use 'em don't want 'em.
