Marcus needed to show some guts in that game and make a QB change. He couldn't do it, and as a result he failed. Until he can pull his QB, I don't think we will see progress. Also, "play to a standard"? How about scout your opponent and have a plan to counter their strategy. This sounds amateurish...

If you listen to Freeman's PC, its actually quite revealing. - He said they need to improve game prep. He said they had a great week of practice - He said defense wasn't ND defense from the past two years. These statements, to me, seem to be missing the issue, and maybe this is part of the problem. He struggles with game prep for a lower quality team, which seems to mean he's not game prepping. Also, and this may be a repeat of what Frankus and jessemoore are saying that he just doesn't identify at all with the offense. We need to score more than 14 points against a MAC team. ITs a joke.

Hi everyone! Haven't been on here for awhile, but I had to drop in and start contributing. Two issues I see, and neither has improved in the last 3 years: - Freeman lacks the guts to make changes in game on offense. Its almost like he has no interest or capability to make a change at QB. I just don't get it. - Lack of game prep. Don't know why this is, but if its not a big game, the team is just not prepared. I expect two more losses, not because they should lose, but rather they will just lose to some rando teams this year. Frustrating but this is just what I've come to expect from Marcus and I've lost a lot of interest in ND until he improves, which he hasn't.
