Did you attend ND ?

 

No, played football at a JC in Cali, apparently you have to actually attend class??? Weird I know.

 

When did you become a fan?

 

Since I can remember, my father was killed when i was just a couple months old so my 2 uncles were my role models and they were Die hard ND fans, so thats all i knew growing up.

 

Who is your favorite player? Past and Present.

Audrey Denson, Jaylon Smith

What is your game day ritual?

 

Wake up watch game day, Tweek out around the house get everything in order so I can kill time before the game. Actually I grew a beard in 2012 before the season started and said i wouldn't cut it till we lost. Well I cut it between USC and Bama, my bad. I also haven't shaved my beard since the season, conscience I think not.

 

Beside DD if you could only view one other ND site it would be?

 

I used to subscribe to all of them, but with kids and a wife I just come here now.

 

What other sports teams do you follow?

None really just a college football junkie.

 

Does Grace come back and contribute on the field this year?

No i don't think he ever plays again.

What is something we'd be surprised to know about you?

I am completely bald on the top of my head so I shave my head everyday, and a co worker bet me 1000 dollars to let my hair grow and my beard grow. I look like the dude from operation right now. 2 more months. lol

Did you attend ND ?

No. I attended California State University Stanislaus and got my B.S. in Social Sciences.

 

When did you become a fan?

As a kid. I grew up in the country and only had 7 channels from antenna TV. ND was on network every Saturday so I watched and rooted for them. However, I didn't become a rabid fan (following recruiting, subscribing to boards like a degenerate junkie, etc.) until about 7 years ago.

 

Who is your favorite player? Past and Present.

Past: Michael Floyd. Loved watching him dominate.

Present: Tie between Everett Golson and Joe Schmidt.

 

Will all the frozen 5 return this year?

No. But I have a feeling that Russell and Daniels do.

What is your game day ritual?

Wake up and put on my P.L.A.C.T. shirt with my ND shorts. Watch Gameday while drinking vanilla macadamia nut flavored Kona coffee with Bailey's. Get my boys dressed in "The Shirt" and we go outside to hang ND Flags. I make homemade salsa and my wife makes a 7 layer bean dip with the same stone ground chips that we have been eating all season. About an hour before the game I put on "The Shirt" and the same shorts I have been wearing along with the ugliest ND hat that I bought for $5 from lids.com (once it arrived I figured out why it was $5) but I have worn every game since the beginning of the 2012 season. Each TD ND scores I open with a bottle opener that plays the fight song.

 

Beside DD if you could only view one other ND site it would be?

Irisheyes I guess, but I do not subscribe anymore. Just go there for recruiting info etc.

 

What other sports teams do you follow?

Rabid about all of the following:

SF Giants

SF 49ers

Golden State Warriors.

 

Does Grace come back and contribute on the field this year?

Sadly no.

Lassie, I find myself in a lot of sketchy situations and she could probably save me.

Who would play you in a DD movie?

Vince Vaughn. Although we look nothing alike. More for his humor and comedic timing.

 

What is something we'd be surprised to know about you?

Toss up between:

1. I can crush a raw egg with my hand.

2. I have been spiked between the eyes with a stripper's diamond rhinestone studded stiletto while she was performing.

No. I actually went straight into the working world.

 

When did you become a fan?

 

1985. I'm sure I watched many games before with my dad but that is my first memory of watching ND, seeing Touchdown Timmy Brown!! We used to take RV trips to watch ND play Stanford in Palo Alto in the late 1980's early 1990's

 

Who is your favorite player? Past and Present.

 

Obvious for the past. Present would be Jaylon Smith

A fun adventure with the family in the morning then great food, booze and beer and a couple of friends or family. (I keep the guest count small)

Rivals. But DD and twitter are all I ever do now a days
