Stupidly simple and easy, but I lived right on Hanover Street for four years and this was the standard by which all other red sauces were judged even by the real Italians.

I just use a can of Tuttorosso crushed tomatos with basil, and skip the carrots and mint. As always, the longer you let it simmer and sit, the better it gets.

2) Favorite Meal: In Vegas, we have a place called Cafe Rio that serves Sweet Pulled Pork Barbecoa and it is to die for. Put it in a burrito enchilada style, and I'm in heaven.

 

3) Is my car dirty or clean on the inside: I wouldn't label my car as dirty or clean. It's in between.

 

4) Three words my best friend would use to describe me: Loyal, dramatic, and obsessed (with sports that is).

 

5) My profession: I am currently a senior in college pursuing a career in Sports Management.

 

6) 3 non ND athletes: Dwyane Wade, Devin Hester and Patrick Kane. My favorite baseball player growing up was Mark Prior, but we all know how that worked out.

9) Most memorable Notre Dame play: First thing that stuck out was the "Bush Push", but on a happier note the goal line stand against Stanford in 2012.

 

10) Most prized possesion is probably my high school baseball glove. I want to give to my son one day. All of my sports memorbilia and game balls from my playing days are up there as well.

1) Last book you read?I read tons of magazines--tons. Not a big novel person. I read autobiographies a lot. The last I read was "Blues all around me". A BB King BIO.

 

2) Pick your favourite mealI'm a Pizza guy. I know everyone likes pizza but I looove it. I could eat it every day. I have a little mom and pop play near my home and I would put their pizza up against anyones.

 

3) Is your car dirty or clean inside?I used to think it was weird to have a messy car, now I can't keep that thing clean. It's not really trash but I just seem to store a lot of stuff in it. I think it's because it's an SUV and don't have a trunk. I just thought of that.

Top three favourite moviesWow, not really a movie buff. I have a short attention span, anything over an hour and I start to lose attention. I usually record my ND games so I can skip the commercials and even then i often give myself a little halftime break,but back to the question. I like Happy Gilmore, Kill Bill vol 1, Young guns, set it off. How many is that? Make this question about TV shows and I could really go on a run.

 

9) Most memorable Notre Dame playAgain, I'm a pretty new ND fan the play I remember is that Dayne crist passed from the endzone i think, in a collapsing pocket to rudolph against michigan. I took that over that hail mary TD to Golden tate against WSU. Like how I snuck in a another one?

 

10) Most prized possessionStevie...,Ahem excuse me The Great Stevie Ray Vaughan gave me his Poncho after a concert. I don't know how we got back stage, I was not a SRV fan at the time but the stars aligned and i a saweeet Poncho. If was kinda funky and i was offered money for it that i would have surely taken if I could have done it without looking like an ungrateful little brat
