I think it's Mitch Mustain. :)

Mustain will stay at USC, but Corp is looking for a new home where he may start next year, so look for schools who have jr's heading into their SR year... Washington and Tennessee come to mind as coaches who know him and UW will have room for him

but what is the likelihood Pete Carroll allows him to transfer in conference? Clemson and north Carolina are other programs that may be on the radar

Unless Corp goes down a division he will not play anywhere next year. I think if he stays D1, or whatever the hell they call it now, he has to sit out a year.

Is it me or is there a trend where a good percentage of the "elite" QBs coming out of HS are ending up in this wandering type situation where they never find a home or pan out? D. Jones, Corp, Mustain, et. al.

I think some of these guys start believing their press clippings a little bit early, get jaded because they are no longer the big fish, look to transfer, and then ride pine at their new locale.

It may not be a higher percentage than other positions, but they are very visible examples of why a 3* with heart can get drafted above a 5*

Well look at Flacco with the Ravens. Wanny had a hard on for the kid, would not play him, would not release him from his scholarship, still had to sit out a year when he transferred to Delaware, which normally you do not have to do, starts for 2 years at Delaware and goes in the first round. Sometimes its not the player, its the coach or the system they are in.
