Wasn't sure where to put this. But Jordan Clark said he's been trying to get southern receivers to south bend and most can't get admitted

Looks like I was wrong about ND looking at CBs in the portal.

Notre Dame is hosting Rice CB Treshon Devones.

It seems ND is telling him that he is being recruited as a depth piece, not promising him any starting spot.
