Caleb Williams - NIL

Does Boise State not have boosters? Why would you think that there aren’t people in Idaho that will players to use their NIL? Universities aren’t paying players the boosters are.

Boise State boosters would pale in comparison to most of the Power 5 schools. You keep saying "Universities aren't paying the players." We know, it doesn't change the point he is making... at all. The universities are also not allowed to facilitate them, but that seems to be happening quite a bit (especially at A&M). Who is to say the universities aren't paying the boosters/companies behind the scenes; they are already telling them who to give "business offers" to. It is the slippery slope for unproven high school kids and simply a gimmick to get recruits to commit to your school.

Whos is USC's top WR next year as it currently stands? After London, who do they have that could give us issues next year? Mario Williams is a beast himself.

I believe schools like Boise State will see their brightest stars entering the transfer portal for financial opportunity. Why would a player like Leighton Vander Esch stay in Boise? Leighton would have started at any university that could afford him. (He chose the NFL over BSU.)

Again it is the boosters not the school who pay NIL money. So it's not whether a school can "afford" a player, it's whether a school's boosters can. As a result, there will be some movement among schools' pecking order as NIL money is factored in.
