The one thing I want to put out there is that Zach Auguste played hard. He banged in the post with whiny, free throw missing, crying, no defense playing Okafor, all game. Auguste hustled harder than I've ever seen him hustle and I truly believe he won them the game with his effort. DJ did him but Auguste was a game changer.

 

Edit: Bonzie is a badass and I know Okafor had a great game, but our bigs outhustled there bigs again and again and again.

Also, on the rewatch, Faith you were right on twitter talking about Vasturia and his 5 big points in a row in the 2nd half. He stopped a Duke run all on his own. HUGE!

I can't remember a bigger win. My memory is failing for sure, but this seems second only to UCLA. Probably overly dramatic, but that is what I am thinking right now.

Considering that it was pretty much at Duke and the officials were trying whatever they could to give Duke the game, I thought that win was just phenomenal.

GREAT victory, despite the refs doing everything they could at the end to give them their carolina/duke rematch. Jackson is slowly taking this team over. That will be good for next year. Maybe I am expecting too much from Grant but I expect more out of him from this point....

Vasturia has definitely won me over. His all around game keeps getting better and better. Colson brings energy that every team wants. This is an incredibly fun team to watch that really epitomizes how the game should be played.
