Back in my day you were taught eyes up/chin up and go through the ball carrier with your arms. If your guy goes low you go lower. That’s what it looked like to me. Reason why I say it wasn’t targeting…when you lead with your head usually you go forward and the ball carrier goes backwards. The tackler that “targeted” flew backwards with Ford laying on him.
