ND making 2025 Class offers?

It appears that ND has made at least three offers for the 2025 class. While probably as early as they have ever been, they still trail Georgia and A&M who each have 10+ offers out there.

I believe his brother is, but not sure there is any "official word" on Ryan yet due to his age (he probably does not even know). Word on the street is that he is supposed to be freaking amazing, but not sure how you can tell that when he is a freshman.

Has to be done.  Hope they continue to do so and work on improving their advance scouting abilities.  You also have to be comfortable pulling offers if you feel you need to.
