This is embarrassing. All most of us wanted was to keep it close and they fcked that up. They’ve done nothing but fck up this entire game.

 

I had higher expectations than that. This was a winnable game, but not with the self inflicted mistakes and bad calls. We didn’t need to be perfect, but better than THIS!

this also hurts for the future. if ND goes undefeated again and there are other options it could be a chance for the committee to say ND has been beaten handily twice now and pick someone else.

Well, a fun season to watch. They are better than what they showed here tonight. But Clemson is really good. We aren’t the first team they have blown out in the semi finals. We needed to play perfect and we just made too many mistakes and gave up too many big plays.

 

One thing that is noticeable to me with this team compared to when we played them in 2015: Our WRs aren’t fast enough to get separation. In 2015 we had so much more speed and we were able to get open especially on crossing routes. We need to get faster there next year.
