I was completely wrong, as I was convinced that Anglei, Minchey (or both) would enter the portal. And I also thought Tyson Ford might. Figured there'd be a couple more, too. It's definitely a unique type of kid we get that they are willing to stay and compete for time (and their degree). I think it speaks to the culture the staff is building as well as the kids they're attracting. Shocked and very impressed! It's a truly great thing to see in this CFB landscape. -

If Zackery commits to ND in the next week or two I would expect ND to move on from Haynes. One exception I could see would be if Jadon Blair does not pick ND, maybe they try to Haynes. Haynes may also want to pass himself given the numbers and players ND would have. Josh Petty is setting a bunch of OVs and nothing is to ND. OL is something to watch moving forward as is DL. I expect a few names on the DL to pop up. The ones that actual visit are the intriguing ones. -

The lifetime economic impact of an ND degree compared to one from a school like Central Michigan is also a factor for PWOs. Now throw some NIL money into the mix to help with tuition and PWO at ND more attractive than it was 5 years ago. -
Seems like PWO is likely for anyone they take at this point, no? Don't have the cap space at the moment. Although I suppose they'd "cut" someone for a big-time transfer. Makes me wonder if NIL is offsetting the tuition (and more?) so it's still a good opportunity for some of these PWO's even though they might have scholarships with other programs.
