Anyone concerned about Sneed?

I am new here and lifelong fan. This is a talented ND team and one that could make a playoff run. Defense is my concern with playmakers. Is anyone else concerned about jaylen sneed? Havent noticed him much and when plays he seems out of position and not doing much. He could be one of those difference makers. Freak athlete. I know snaps are limited for him but curious if any "insiders" have heard anything. It seems like we have had some highly rated dudes who look the part but dont really pan out on defense. I hope not with sneed cuz his quickness is next level. Thanks

Welcome!  I haven't keyed in on him.  I've seen others mention that due to his athleticism he has a tendency to overrun plays, and needs to break down to make a tackle.  Physically he stacks up no doubt, but it may be the mental that's holding him up from being an every down player.

Cool name. Welcome to the board post often. 

 Sneed has I think 4 tackles so far. He's behind 3 seniors. I would think Next year he becomes a huge numbers guy. Great question.

He'll get experience and the more PT he gets maybe things will start clicking more.  It'll also be easier for him to see on film and the coaches to help diagnose what's going on too.
