On the fence about Hartman...regardless of his position...I'm of the mindset that it should be someone who's actually worn the uniform before.

I like it when the QB can be a captain (which requires a firm #1 QB pre-season) since there are natural synergies with the QB leading in the huddle during both games and practice.  It also makes leading off-season sessions with WRs much easier.
