It's kind of hard to appreciate just how good the women's team has been, and how good the recruiting has been.

The recruiting class of 2020 has been panned. Yet, ND landed 4 of the top 44 recruits in the country in that class (http://www.espn.com/high-school/girls-basketball/recruiting/rankings/_/class/2020). Imagine if the men's team landed 4 of the top 100 in the country! No one would ever consider that to be a bad recruiting class at Notre Dame.

Ivey is certainly off to a great start in recruiting for the 2021 class (http://www.espn.com/high-school/girls-basketball/recruiting/rankings/_/class/2021). Hopefully she will keep it up, and hopefully have something approaching the success that Muffett has had.

And we got 2 top 20 players in the 2019 class. Sam Brunelle #6 and Anaya Peoples #18. Both looked good as freshman last year to. The future looks bright.

Slow ND news period. Saw that Beth Cunningham is pursuing other opportunities. I am guessing she was not happy about getting overlooked for head coach.

Maybe but surely she had to know that Ivey has been the choice for at least 2 years now.

This team is now loaded with talent. Some transfers are imminent.

2021-22 team is what I'm looking at to compete for a championship again.

Eligibility wise

Seniors - Vaughn, cosgrove

Juniors - Prohaska, Brunelle, Gilbert (I believe), Peoples, Mabrey

sophomores - Westbeld, Campbell, Hayes, Marshall, Abdur-Rahim

Freshmen - Miles, Citron

possible starters - Miles, peoples, westbeld, brunelle, vaughn

next five - Mabrey, Gilbert, Campbell, Citron, Marshall

rest - Hayes, Abdur-Rahim, Prohaska, Cosgrove

Wow! There will be defections! Not enough minutes for those that will deserve them.

ND playing Fri. and Sun. without Brunelle, Vaughn, Raheem, Marshall, and Gilbert. Starters are Prohaska, Mabrey, Walker, Westbeld, and Peoples. Mabrey will be point. Hayes and Campbell off bench. Ivey says that Hayes will get a lot of time off bench at point.
