  1. Despite that having a very solid NFL career with the Chargers.
  2. Has Joseph said anything in regards to his plans yet?
  3. Bowers had 819 yards rushing/receiving and 9 combined TDs Mayer had 809 yards and 9 TDs. Really was pretty even statistically speaking, but to me considering the amount of attention Mayer receives on a game to game basis and the difference in arm talent at the QB position, makes Mayer's resume is more impressive.
  4. Recently received 2 CB's to Penn State, Wiltfong being one of them. But it's no wrap for sure until they sign on the dotted line.
  5. Colorado bound? Edit; I see 4 new CB's on 247 for Colorado from today. Fun times.
  6. Shuler being outside of the top 250 is ridiculous.
  7. But probably also has his doubts on our QBs ability to get the ball to a non HB/TE. Leading receiving yards from WRs last few years: 2022: Styles 340 2021: Austin 888 2020: McKinley 717 No thousand yard receiver since Claypool in 2019, that's a rough stretch. A transfer QB (graduate or otherwise) may sway some thoughts. How good is Pyne without Mayer? Definitely favored the TE position.
  8. Card is also 1st team Big 12 Honor Roll, which requires at least a 3.2 GPA to be on. Was also an Academic All-American in HS.
  9. Hudson Card out of Texas as well, 3 years left. Hasn't seen the field much, but a high profile recruit whose done well when on it.
  10. Loy has a CB in for a 2024 OT out of MA Guerby Lambert, maybe that's it?
  11. You think the Love social media stuff is all blown out of proportion? Or potential smoke?
  12. Huge for 2023, now to hold onto Love/Bowen and take care of business against USC.
  13. https://saturdayroad.com/notre-dame-fighting-irish/notre-dame-wr-commit-gets-major-bump-in-latest-recruiting-rankings/ Cam Williams bumped up again by 247 from 78 to 57.
  14. The athleticism is evident, moves well for his size. Definitely a project player, but with his athleticism maybe Coach Mason could get some use out of him on special teams earlier than he sees the field on defense.
  15. 👀👀👀 Sure looks happy with that ND supporting group.
  16. It was fun while it lasted, I was hoping after the loss to Marshall they'd be a great Cinderella story to take the sting off some. But they've lost to some terrible teams. Do you think we fall out of the top 10? How badly is this going to affect the 2024 class? I see a RB offer out, does that have to do more with Love or who is on board?
  17. This isn't even all on Buchner, our plays are complete butt. Shits so predictable.
  18. How do you think the OSU effected recruiting @Big23Head? It wasn't a blow out, but offensively underwhelming. Hurt? Help? Neutral?
  19. Surprised we didn't rotate on the front 7 more on that game sealing drive. We were clearly gassed. The o-line was severely out of sync, awful missed blocking assignments in very important situations. Offensive game plan too simplistic, have to get the WRs involved. Young corners looked good, pass rush was lacking. Not embarrassed by the game by any stretch, we will be able to play with everyone on our schedule. Just mismanaged many situations in a winnable game. Defense gave us every chance to grow on our lead early in the second half with 2 OSU 3 and outs to start. Defenses are keying in our Mayer, with a corner covering him we should have mismatches elsewhere. Ultimately the biggest thing is the oline needs to be fixed. I thought we started to get Estime going a bit and then we went completely away from it.
  20. Can't run a functional offense when you can't get WRs involved on the offensive side of the ball. O-line miscues on blocking DTs has been absolutely horrible. One completion to a WR first play of the game, zero since.
  21. I've seen mixed reports. Some saying Keeley is still considering ND, others saying its an OSU/Bama battle. Thoughts on this?
