    It's not pandering if they believe in what they're doing. The school has a long history of participating in the civil rights movement (Fr. Ted with MLK, students fighting the Klan when they tried to parade through South Bend). I didn't know of Tennessee State until they announced the game. So, it has already raised their profile by one person.

    I think you are misreading the comment you quoted. @coltssb didn't seem to be stating a preference about QB1 for 24, imo. The comment just states that Buchner would do well to learn and try to succeed after doing so.

    I'm a pollyanna, but I expect ND to be in the playoff next year. I'll expect them to win every game, because I enjoy things more as a fan when I am looking forward to big things. That said, QB, WR, iOL, Edge, LB, S are the areas of potential concern I see.
