    Honestly, I am good with this. I have changed my view point on a bowl game from a celebration of the year, to a jump on the next year... extended spring practice.

    Once a player enters the portal the school is not obligated to take them back. So the answer is probably, it depends at that point whether ND wants them back.

    Gotta trust the staff on this. On the one hand he recruited and played young guys On the other hand, there wasnt much growth throughout the season.

    It does seem like there have been quite a few PWO contributing these past few years.

    Oh i know that, im just surprised in the proactive nature of it. Tho it also probably varies widely for those who have their degree/are on good terms

    One thing I find interesting is that ND is seemingly "helping" with these announcements as it looks like they are ND produced and in the same format/graphics.

    Honestly, Tyree was an awesome ND man. Played 4 years, got degree, now going to where he can get more attention and hopefully make a chance at the NFL. Good luck to him

    Not always about money, about quality of life (NFL) or running your own program

    It is hard because there are two types of coaching changes. Once you are making, and ones you are reacting to. Rees didnt leave until after the new year last year. Also NFL jobs may impact a few coaches, RB and DC

    The boosters are the ones pushing for it. Different breed of booster down there

    That can happen in college now too. In some cases, for late round picks, potentially moreso

    There will always be someone who drops off. Typically that can occur when a coaching change happens. I would bet the current class isnt where it ends up. We will lose someone and also add someone who is committed elsewhere. No clue who, just statistically very likely as coaching changes happen.

    Found this interesting for those thinking this is a unique situation to ND

    Often times when you are a member you sign up and have a screenname for insider message boards. People historically use the same screennames across platforms or email addresses. So yeah you could create a user and have it be completely seperate, but most of the time when people sign up, they dont plan that far ahead or even think about it. Same reason why a bunch of people on here probably have the same twitter name as their usernames here.
