Minchey has a good arm and can run. His decision-making needs work though. Carr looks like the complete package. Good arm, nice touch, good decision-making.  He might be relying a little too much on his arm though. Certainly throws into so tight spots. You have to like what you see in him.

Minchey has such a great release but bad decisions. Carr looking like a seasoned QB already. Angeli looking like a good solid QB.
