My problem is with those who think any gun regulation is an "infringement on their right to carry". No one wants your damn guns. Get over it. I believe that anyone who sells a gun has to do a background check. Especially at gun shows. That place is easy pickings. Oh and you didn't answer my question. What is your question, specifically? I'm either losing something in text completely or you are being a dick. You losing something in text is clear. But you're also dodging and trying to misdirect. I answered Nicos questions specifically. You did? show me where you answered: How is it possible that a 13 yr old can buy a gun.. But is unable to buy lotto tickets, beer, get a license, buy porn, or cigs? You went on a rant about who's reporting this and how what they did is wrong. Hardly an answer, just moving the goalpost. Another "overlooked" nico question: What's the difference between what was just displayed. And what cops do when they try to bust convenience stores for doing the same thing? Answer.. Nothing.. You started barking about gun control laws and suggesting that he thinks you're racist. Again no an answer to the question. You may not be racist but I would guess you might be off your medication. The gun that good ol boy Jake bought was a bolt action 22lr. This rifle is quite possibly the most non lethal killing machine that you will ever see sold at a gun show. It is not the nasty baby killing black rifle that old Feinstein breaks out at all of her rallies. As I said earlier, the man that sold that rifle to the kid,, opened himself up to a world of ****. If anyone knows or did 5 minutes of research on gun laws in this country, they would know that that seller did not try to find out that the kid was a proper buyer. The guy that sold him that gun did not do anything to verify that the kid was of legal age to purchase. That is where the guy screwed up, as I said in a prior post. If that kid goes out and hurts himself that seller of that gun is in a world of $hit. See the below text quoted from the ATF. A person may sell a firearm to an unlicensed resident of his State, if he does not know or have reasonable cause to believe the person is prohibited from receiving or possessing firearms under Federal law. A person may loan or rent a firearm to a resident of any State for temporary use for lawful sporting purposes, if he does not know or have reasonable cause to believe the person is prohibited from receiving or possessing firearms under Federal law. A person may sell or transfer a firearm to a licensee in any State. However, a firearm other than a curio or relic may not be transferred interstate to a licensed collector. [18 U.S.C. 922(a)(3) and (5), 922(d), 27 CFR 478.29 and 478.30] Nice score on the Mosin BTW they are fun to shoot. Better get some ice packs for your shoulder though, they kick pretty good.
