Not taking the time to read this thread, too busy with football. Yeah, the jobs report is pretty pathetic. Unemployment is realy about 15%. People are just giving up. It will be great to get rid of that worthless clown that got our SEALS killed.

False information. This program was lead under the Bush administration and was bi-partisan support. Under Bush the SNAP act passed, which led to cigarettes being taxed to pay for this program. As apart of the stimulus package, Obama did in fact temporarily allow able-bodied people to receive food stamps for 18 months, if they were in a training program and actively seeking employment. States have since made it easier to obtain food stamps, as it is a boost to local economies.

 

So again, Bush started all of this. He is the food stamp president.
