    Going to be blunt, ND needs to do better. This kid isn’t anything special, watch their game vs Springfield. He got burnt a few times by a WR going on UK. Aaron Scott is much, much better.

    He’s ok but they need Lambert way more. You can’t just settle for lower rated players bc they’re easier to sign.

    Her role is more of a Marketing job. She’s in charge of finding NIL opportunities for current athletes, not paying recruits.

    They handcuff themselves, pay the 5* recruits.

    I think Christian Gray & Braylon James see decent PT. I think Love could play if he was needed, but the RB room is so loaded, I don’t see it. And I felt that way even when I thought Tyree was gone. I think you’ll see Bowen, Ausberry, Bell, and Greathouse on STs in some capacity.

    Minnich did not play both ways a ton. I’d say it was 80/20 D vs O in the game I saw.

    Scott commits on the 31st. If ND doesn’t get him, Washington’s ass better be on the hot seat. He drug his feet on this recruitment. And if he goes somewhere else, I don’t want to hear the BS NIL excuse. That doesn’t cut it here. Freeman is a great recruiter, but he needs to make some of his staff (Washington, O’Leary) up their game.

    I think tampering is the worst thing about the NIL/Transfer Portal era. I know ND was accused of that with Hartman but by all accounts, Hartman contacted them. Maybe that skirts the line of tampering, but he was leaving Wake after the Bowl no matter what. What USC did to Pitt was gross.

    But he’s not depth, he’s the starting FS. That’s not good.

    I know Minich isn’t ready, I’ve seen him play. He’s good, but nowhere close to seeing the field next yr.

    To me integral would’ve been someone like Foskey. I think he’ll be an important player, but not necessarily integral.

    Look at his production, you’re expecting way too much out of him. He’s depth, but that doesn’t mean he won’t contribute.

    So glad people aren’t just blindly accepting Kiser & Marist as starters. Their time has passed. If they’re ok being backups & mentors to Kollie & Snead, keep them, otherwise, they can go.

    I’m worried that Lambert isn’t part of this weekend’s event. He’s a high academic kid who was teammates with Traore in the ‘23 class.
