    I agree with you guys, there is alot to be excited about. The way I see it, if ND is a good team, then they dominate teams like Navy. Yes it was a "cupcake" so to speak but over the last few seasons, they didn't dominate "cupcakes". It was good to see the dominance on Saturday. I was pleasantly surprised with the tackling by the corners! Mickey had a real nice open field tackle. These guys aren't just elite cover guys, they can lay the wood too. Hartman's poise gives me all the confidence in the world. Dude is a baller, period! A big time QB makes all the difference in the world. Also, it was great to see WR's making an impact. I love the way Hartman spread the ball around to them. Estimes one hander was a thing of beauty! Can I get an Amen?

    I want to see more of the same. Impose our will on the ground and getting the wide receivers involved in the pass game. Looking for this game to be out of reach by halftime so we can get the backups some burn. On defense, continue the solid play especially with the tackling. There were some missed tackles but for the most part, I was impressed with the defense and how they made plays. What do you all think?

    For me it was the poise. I don't know about you but one of the most frustrating things over the last decade were those damn timeouts on the first play of a drive..OR THE FIRST PLAY OF THE GAME! Hartman is cool and calm and get the guys where they need to be. the poise alone puts him in a class above Book and Coan for me. The talent is clearly there too

    We have all waited a long time for Notre Dame football to come back so I am sure we all feel it is necessary to celebrate its return! 🙂 What's on the menu for you all for the Navy game? Buffalo Chicken Cheese dip for me and my father-in-law with spark up the grill for the burgers and brats. Going to be a good Saturday! i can already taste it!! GO IRISH!

    My only trip to South Bend was October 2018 vs Pitt. I was able to see them in a bowl game in Orlando back when Rees was QB against Florida State. Walking back to the car after that loss was BRUTAL!!

    I grew up in Westchester county, not much college football talk at all other than the one year...and there was Rutgers for a little bit. Maybe I dreamt that? 🙂
