    Gonna be a crazy next 30 days. Transfer portal open. Going to be lots of turnover in and out in the coming weeks.

    I doubt they fire Rees. I put this season on Pyne (yes I get that’s part on Rees). But he was so limited. Find Rees a competent QB and this team is 11-1

    8-4 is about what I expected this year so it is what it is. Win a marginal bowl game, go into the off season with some momentum end find a transfer B that can elevate this team.

    I imagine he can develop into a solid backup. But I don't see him as someone that can get us to that next level like Minchey or Carr. It's brutal to some of these kids but that's the name of the game in the business that is college football.

    It has to. We need a talented, experienced starter next year. At this point, neither Pyne, nor Buchner have proven they are that. Can't expect Minchey to come in and be the guy right away. In a perfect world, here's how I see the QB situation going the next several years: 2023 - Proven Transfer QB, get Minchey some mop up minutes 2024 - Minchey 2025 - Minchey, get Carr some mop up minutes. 2026 - Carr 2027 - Carr

    One side is going to be very wrong in this. Hopefully this ends up on our side unlike Walker last year.

    Sounds like a matter of when, not if. But, all reports are good and he's just going over things with his family. This would be a huge get for this class.
