I agree with all of your points. Just saying I'm not going to spend my hard earned money on Nike products if they choose to make shirts that mock our traditions. Not that nike will notice the couple hundred bucks a year.

An entire page about the RB depth of Holtz' s teams. I was just trying to find a solution so people visting the site didn't have to read thru so many garbage posts before finding pertinent recruiting news. I love Domer domain bc of the friendly atmosphere but I don.t have time to read thru some of the off topic threads. I was just trying to offer a suggestion to improve the site and encourage more visitors. It could be a quick update instead of sorting through multiple threads. Guess I'm in the minority on this.

Can we have a thread for new Recruiting Developments only? I appreciate everyones comments on position depth, videos,evaluations, etc. but I find myself checking the board frequently hoping for new developments and only finding discussions not pertaining to new info. If its ok with the mods I'd like to use this thread as a place to post new info only.

Charlie wouldn't be human if he didn't have a slight chip on his shoulder for ND after all he went through a year ago. I doubt he will go all out on a negative recruiting campaign against us, but I think you are very naive if you don't think he will try to use some of his experience against us to land a recruit if we are up against each other. You don't think deep down he wants Kelly to struggle and show it wasn't all his inability to bring ND back to prominence? Not saying he would ever publicly say anything bad against ND, but deep down he's got to have some drive to beat the guy who replaced him. "Notre Dame is a fine institution and has great academics, but you will be playing Sundays. Come here and you will have more free time to make yourself a better prospect and will still get a quality education". "The weather up there is nasty" These are just a couple arguments he could make that wouldn't be bashing ND but definitely would hurt our cause coming from a coach who was the Head Coach here for 5 years. I'm not saying he's a bad guy or not a ND guy. Even though I am glad he is gone, I think he put a 100% effort into coaching his alma mater and I wish him the best. That being said, he will now be looking out for his and Florida's best interest and I consider him the enemy. I doubt Kelly looks at Charlie as a non-threat to recruiting the state of Florida.
