You could be mad, but no one forced Freeman to go to him. It was known he signed an extension. ND failed in a multitude of ways. They got the wrong info, and when they got the wrong info they did not back their HCMF. MF has not gotten the support needed. But to be clear, this Parker hire is all on him. He did not have to settle there, he chose that path. He could have pursued others. It is an epic fail all the way around.

Not his fault, at minimum ND looks cheap and incompetent. Ludwig may have thought ND had the contract, but the way that ND played this and then hire a nobody speaks loudly.

ND admin and Freeman will shine this turd and make it seem that ND made a real coup. ND is great with words, horrible with action. No one will say anything about the screw-ups.

We just signed a new QB coach from Wisconsin. Parker looks more likely. If ND doesn't give a crap why do I? What the hell, this may be the final straw.

RIght now the only thing for sure Notre Dame looks like we are cheap and really do not have the will to compete. IF we got a good established OC than it would not remove the stench that Saavy and Jenkins,the BOT have dusted us with, but it will at least change the conversation .

He isn't highly sought after it seems. Except by us who treat the OC position as a training ground.

I always know it, but I put it away and buy-in to the lies briefly because I want too. But ND shows it's true face enough that it takes a lot of denial to overcome it. ND is all words, very little action.

If some reports are true and Swarbrick did not like him and did not push for this than he has to go. He is not supporting MF, crazy.

Man I done spending on ND, I will watch but why invest in a product that cares nothing about competing. If I am Freeman I am out of here first lifeboat.

He is staying at Utah, the buyout was to much. We do not want to play big boy football.

Ludwig sounds like the top candidate out of the bunch. If MF can pull this off i will feel like we just upgraded massively over Tommy. No hard feelings Tommy, but i will be stoked.

I watched KSU several times this season, it is an attractive offense, but the dude only has one year as an OC . I would be cautiously optimistic, with a side of concern.
