    You never know. Gray could turn out to be the best one of all. I never thought in a million years that Yeatman would be better than Reuland, but he is. Or Carufel for that matter.

    I don't necessarily buy this argument. Weis is putting his cred on the line with the NFL. He has the reputation of shooting straight with the evaluators; if he blows that for the sake of Sully.. he'll quickly erode trust. Even at 6th round, Sully is guaranteed a lot of money. Sully could have been picked up in free agency. I think you're both right. CW definitely pushes for his guys but I do not believe he leads any NFL teams believe that they are more than what they are.

    The staff told Reddick that they thought he could do either/or, but he's been recruited as a RB. I don't think he'd take a position switch too kindly after taking himself off the market early to pledge as a RB, and I don't think the staff will pull the rug out from under him either. As for Wood, other schools offered him as an athlete, but ND offered as a RB. If any of our RB recruits switches to a position like DB, it'll be DJ Adams, not the guys who've committed. Just a small nit, isn't it "Riddick"?

    I dreamt of going to ND, worked my tail off, applied, got wait listed, wrote some extra letters pleading my case, got in, sent in my deposit, then I took my visit. I know it is not the typical procedure for top high school talent, but I can understand wanting to be a part of ND sight unseen. I'm no expert on whether he did make any visits though. He did visit - got the golf cart tour with Charlie from what I remember. Is the Mendoza thing just rumor or a done deal? So far, RUMOR Calves.

    Like I said before, I don't necessarily agree with Rick, I love Tenuta and if cussing makes them fired up, then so be it. Tough language for a tough game. BUT! I can tell Rick I don't agree with him in a CIVIL matter like the college educated adult that I am. That's not too much to ask of members who deal with each other here everyday.
