Riley Leonard is going to be awful
I want too publicly apologize to Riley Leonard for what I said after the NI loss. Since that loss, Leonard has shown he has the skill and the talent to be ND's QB and to lead this team to hopefully a spot in the playoffs.
-
Freeman to end his own ND career
RL's running ability is exactly why ND wanted him.
-
Riley Leonard is going to be awful
Leonard's mom is right.
- Week 2: #5 Notre Dame loses 16-14 vs Northern Illinois (9/7/24)

Time to join a conference
I've saying this for years. ND needs to join a conference.

Sun Bowl: #16 Notre Dame Wins 40-8 vs #19 Oregon State (12/29/23)
Plus it will be nice seeing Freeman getting another 10 win season.

Sun Bowl: #16 Notre Dame Wins 40-8 vs #19 Oregon State (12/29/23)
Face it this bowl isn't for any bragging rights. It's for the extra practices getting ready for next season.
-
What time is bowl announcement
The extra bowl game practices are very important. I don't care if ND plays the School for the Blind as long as they go bowling.

What time is bowl announcement
Not a chance.

What time is bowl announcement
ND against either LSU or Oklahoma State is my prediction.

Week 10: #15 Notre Dame Loses 31-23 @ Clemson (11/4/23)
The next 2 games plus the bowl game are time for ND to look at the 2024 season and beyond. Everyone knows Hartman is gone after this season so IMO ND should play both Angeli & Minchey and see what they can do. If they show promise then fine, if not hit the transfer portal again. Also, hopefully Freeman is putting out feelers to see who is available for the OC position once the season is over. For next season QB, OC and if Golden moves on a new DC will be needed. Lots of questions need to be answered in 2024 and for the future and next season will go a long way in deciding Freeman's tenure at ND. Will the University open up the checkbook so Freeman can go after the right coaches, or will ND continue to be strapped when it comes to getting the best coaches available? I have been following the Irish since Ara and I don't want the 1988 championship to be the last one I see before I die. I realize ND's hands are tied academically but Freeman has been getting some great talent to commit to Notre Dame. The pieces of the puzzle are there, ND just needs to put the pieces together.

What are we looking for against Pitt?
I expect Freeman to continue to grow as a HC and if needed to make the needed changes during the game.
