I assume assume when you say “the University” you are referring to ND or schools similar to ND because as we have just seen with Prime taking over at Colorado scholarships are just one year commitments for some Universities.

I thought it represented that USC and OS were just after thoughts and ND is really where his heart is…..lol

I tend to agree with you but I heard he enter the portal as no contact. Meaning he doesn’t want other coaches reaching out to him. Which means he’s already has a team in mind….Alabama maybe:). Also I am old school…if a guy that is supposed to be a team leader tries to bail on his teammates I believe it got to hurt team morale….If he was to return I might just intentionally miss my block…lol…..but I admit nowadays I have no idea how these kids feel about teammates leaving then coming back when they find out the grass isn’t always greener some place else.

OMG, I was just happy to see a ND QB looking down the field first instead of locking in to the TE or throwing sideline to sideline. We actually have a QB that looks first to throw down the field and he can accurately throw those deeper crossing and vertical routes .

After attending the Blue and Gold game 2 things I know for sure. 1. Hartman is our # 1 QB 2. That was the worst weather for a Blue Gold game EVER

On the March 25 practice thread when they interviewed the tight ends. Did you see the big smiles come to all their faces when they were asked how Sam was doing? They finally have someone who can get them the ball.

Forget about those stars. Just Watch the film of this kid playing. He light on his feet, athletic, long armed, mean as hell. I never seen so many pancakes. I am sure with our SC he’ll put on plenty of good weight. I think this is a real steal.

It makes sense what Josh said. After spending years there as a student you learn there is so much more to the University than just football. Although I am a big fan of college football and football is what first attracted me to Notre Dame at first . I guess I am somewhat in the middle myself because I would like to see a GREAT football team and still be a great academic/spiritual institution. I know I might be highly delusional but I am happy.
