  1. Did we find an absolute gem in Gerald Parker or something? I realize we haven’t played a great D by any stretch but… this is fun to watch.
  2. We were at that game tonight. Great crowd and holy hell do they pop for CMF. Had no idea it was Ludwig sitting next to him until just a few minutes ago.
  3. TB has height and speed... can he catch the thing? /half serious //loves a good Plan B
  4. I don’t understand the point of attacking fans who have no control over the team. you are not an ND fan if you can’t let others enjoy a win, regardless of the reason. At that point you’re a troll, not a fan. Even if someone here DID want TB to start next year, so what? That person has as much influence in the matter as the troll does. some people are never happy. It was an entertaining game and I had fun watching it with buddies. For shame, the horror! OMG I’m delusional!
  5. The end of that game was simply amazing. Almost right there with OU vs BSU back in '05 or whenever that was.
  6. Stanford got beat so badly, Shaw resigned. Also, I have to guess few are pooping on OP's content/opinion, but moreso pooping on OP who only pokes his head out of the ground when he's got something to complain about against ND. Edit - from where I sit, this sounds like a shot at ND vis a vis BYU, a team we beat, pounding Stanford, a team we lost to. But honestly I have no idea - maybe it's not and OP just needs to vent about one or another team no one else cares about? And now Stanford will likely get better every year with Shaw gone. Yippee.
  7. https://www.facebook.com/LegendsofNotreDame/reviews/?ref=page_internal Seems open to me. Reviews as recent as a couple days ago, for the BC game. Apparently they do a Tailgate, also? They mention "indoor dining" in one of the reviews also. (574) 631-2582
  8. I know it's a lame excuse, but that dumb D Holding call on 4th down kept that 10 minute drive going, resulting in what, 5 offsensive snaps in the 3rd quarter? I think ND got complacent - coaches and players, and that combined with a vanilla offense and poor D execution? Crapshow. It was really bad, I don't think anyone would deny that.
  9. I don't mean this as a disrespectful shot at Drew, but do any of those teams (USC, LSU, TCU) have a QB with Drew's limitations? Drew has been a warrior, a leader, and a game manager (some games better than others) but Caleb Williams, he is not. This was always going to be an up and down season. New QB, new coaches, tough schedule opening at tOSU on the road... The team got away with a win after a completely abysmal half of play and playcalling and decisions. Now they need to prep for BC who just took out #16.
  10. Now y'all are just arguing to argue. Kelly didn't do what he did at ND, so it's all a moot point. Transitive properties don't work, he did a damn good job cobbling a team together that could beat Bama in his first year. No shame in that, and that doesn't mean I still "want him" at ND. He can't do at ND what he can do at LSU, that's my honest, sincere opinion. And that's not his or anyone else's fault and it shouldn't be the goal, either. Conversely, Marcus put out a team that beat a very good, if not overrated Clemson team, but he did it with a QB that IS a backup and has specific things he can do ok, and quite a few things he simply cannot do. But, he was gutsy and careful with the football in a huge game. LSU got a victory, ND made a statement. Georgia made a statement. These things aren't all equal, but they are all part of the story. Still a lot of football left to play, and it's going to keep being a wild ride for a bit. What a season, so far.
  11. It is kind of funny when people are all about the coach, and pay no mind to the team, situation, or school. I'm sorry but beating Bama at LSU isn't the same mountain to climb, IMO, as beating him at ND. Now, credit to Kelly as I didn't know til after the game this weekend that he only had like 39 kids on scholarship when he took the job, after all the fallout and stuff. That is NOT an easy row to hoe, and he just beat Bama. But that doesn't really have anything to do with ND or what he did or didn't do at ND. At some point, *someone* will always find something to complain about or nitpick. ND just got their best victory in 20 years - maybe not against the best team? But it was a convincing, thorough, unambiguous beatdown and we were physically superior to a team that should have at least been on the same level in that regard. No lucky bounces, no timely calls by the ref, no miracle catches or throws. We abused them and imposed our will on a very good, even if not elite, team, in prime time, when all the pressure was on ND to make a statement. I'm still on cloud 9, and I can't stop, won't stop.
  12. 🤣🤣 Id react on the post but I’m fresh out, lol
  13. Oh I know 🙂 my “/s” is sarcasm, he literally wouldn’t shut up about it. But, it was something I actually didn’t know before so I ain’t mad.
  14. I'm not sure, but I think it's called "Duo." Can't remember where I heard that, but I feel like it may have been mentioned once last night. I'll have to watch the replay, see if I can catch it... /s
  15. I would, but I'm apparently out of them for the day (that's a first).
