This guy is getting a ton of interest from top programs. Losing Foskey and one of the Ademelola’s, we will need some transfers on the d line. We have some young talent, but are Ford or Vernon going to be ready? Time will tell.

You can only play this game for so long. Future as a pro or not, enjoy this game while you can. All the best to Drew, however I am not sure why he didn’t wait until after the bowl? Time to see if Buchner can be the guy.

So from the little bit of reading I’ve done, it looks like Texas QB, Hudson Card, may be a possibility. He was a 2021 academic all big 12 and apparently has graduated, so he could potentially get through admissions. I’d be interested in the NC State QB and McCall as well, granted they decide to transfer. I honestly don’t see a position ND wouldn’t take, maybe RB with the returning players and recruits, but that’s it. I have also read that ND is considering changes in regards to accepting transfers. Hopefully the success of USC and Marshall shows how important this is and that if we don’t get with the times, we will be left in the dust. Please add any transfer portal players with interest in this thread. Outgoing Transfer Portal Tracker:

They missed an obvious one on Foskey. He would have had a sack to make it third and 20, but Williams made a play and they ended up scoring. That missed call, the fourth and one and then the fumble really changed the outcome.

The fumble was really debilitating, but do people forget how bad the 4th and 1 call was? We literally bunched 11 guys in a 5x3 yard box and USC knew exactly what we were doing. I don’t understand how Tommy Rees literally has all day to come up with creative plays and that’s what we get? Pathetic.

I wouldn't be so sure. USC has the best offence and best player in the country. I still think UGA will win it all, but there is no dominant team that is heads and shoulders above the rest. Heck, Michigan will be ranked second, and this isn't even a great Michigan team.

Why no Estime? I feel like Sneed and Kollie would have been miles better than Liufau. I really don’t want to watch him play anymore. There is a big drop off from Morrison in the secondary, Freeman will need to keep finding studs. Colzie and Thomas look promising. Caleb Williams was just too good tonight. I’m not even that mad, on we go to the Nobody Cares Bowl!

I’ve never seen so much holding in my life and I don’t think USC has been flagged for holding even once. Give credit to Caleb, he is heads and shoulders the best player on this field and in the country. We should have known he would make guys like Liufau and Bertrand look like fools. The sooner we replace them the better. Would have been a good idea to get guys like Sneed and Kollie in this game.

This is a classic old school vs new school matchup. If you look back during his tenure at OU, Riley struggled with teams similar to this years Notre Dame squad. If ND can control the LOS, I think ND can pull out the win. Keeping Williams off the field with a ball control offence is going to be the best defence. Plus, I don't think USC has seen anything close to the defence they will see Saturday. https://www.oddsshark.com/ncaaf/notre-dame-usc-odds-november-26-2022-1634836 This site has been pretty spot on with their predictions. They actually only had us beating Marshall by 5, which was nowhere close to the 20 point spread by Vegas.

This is an awful take. If he’s a D1 kid, why did no one offer him? Heck, I don’t even think he had an FCS or div 2 offer.
