Why just one 5 star offer? Too early to have given a lot of 5 stars yet? Would love to see all 5 star DL's offered.

They offered more than 1 5 star. Haven’t gained traction with some of the others.

Fwiw, Henning was a five star when offered and is still very close to that range. Dealt with some injuries as a junior. Darrion Henry is right there as well (not sure if he’s ever actually been a 5 star though.

If you look on the website you can see some of the other 5-stars they’ve offered. One guy to keep an eye on, Paris Johnson, currently committed to OSU.

Yes, ND was likely already in the driver's seat. Him leaving only enhances that.

Vegas - I posted about him in the Wideouts thread, but I don't agree that ND was in the driver's seat, OSU was. I know the analysts felt good about ND and I read some of their opinions, but believe he was leaning 5o OSU. But I think the Meyer news could help as he and his family loves UM. I'll see if I can find out more.

Who's visiting today? Who's on offer watch? Could anyone pop?

Just posted this in the other thread. Here’s some info: Notre Dame hosting elite talent, top targets this weekend

Think all non offers could be offered. Not sure If any would immediately commit today. It could lead to one of them committing by March.

  • 2 weeks later...

The other factor holding Henning back from a higher rating is that his team has 2 other stud RBs (high school studs - I'm not sure how they project in terms of star ratings or college potential) and 2 other very good receivers. They usually blow out everyone on their schedule, so he only goes in here and there, touches the ball and scores. He is a really dynamic player, but they are protecting his future. He usually gets more touches late in the playoffs against good teams and is equally as dynamic against them.
