Don't quote me on this but I think I remember seeing on an episode of College Football Live that once the 4 teams are determined they'll be placed into bubbles to ensure no further infection. If a playoff team cannot make it they forfeit and the other team advances. I don't remember if this is a set in stone rule or if this is just something that was being tossed around as an idea.
