I like Stetson Bennett and what he has done is amazing but I also think he’s kinda limited and I definitely think Alabama would have beat them in the championship game had their best receiver not gone down with an injury. Bama was in control while he was still in the game but their offense basically ground to a halt when he left.

Really is a shame ND lost to Stanford and Marshall. This playoff year is going to be WIDE-OPEN. Georgia will be the favorite but not necessarily worldbeaters like a lot of Saban’s Bama teams were and after that it’s really going to be wide-open. Michigan will probably be the second best team in the field! TCU after that and it might be a struggle to find a body to put in the 4th seed if Notre Dame beats USC tonight! Compare that to the playoff field Notre Dame kept running into: Prime Saban-Alabama, Prime Dabo-Clemson and lurking behind those two was Prime Urban Meyer-Ohio State. Basically a brick wall. Luck of the Irish to have a down year this year. I’m terrified Michigan might win it all.

Did you actually watch the Syracuse/Clemson game? Syracuse should have won it - at Clemson! God bless Syracuse, they’re having an ok season but they’re still Syracuse. They’re not a top 10 team and neither is Clemson this year. Meanwhile, Notre Dame has top 10 talent. We have the best tight end at Tight End U on this roster. We an all-time sack leader for ND on THIS roster. We have the best trio of running backs in the country on THIS roster. This is not an empty cupboard by any stretch of the imagination.

You guys sound so ridiculous. This Clemson team this year (with new OC and DC) is absolutely NOTHING compared to the 2020 Clemson team. Amari Rodgers, Travis Etienne, Cornell Powell… I couldn’t even name you a WR on the Clemson team this season as none of them do anything in anyway. Also DJU has clearly regressed over the years. Just like Trevor Lawrence came in as a freshman and NUKED one of the best Alabama teams in years in the national championship but never really was that good again. It happens. Yes, we lost the rematch when they got their generational first overall pick QB back. No shame in that. It’s hard to beat any team twice in the same season. But please, keep arguing that beating a ho-hum #8 Chokelahoma is better than beating a #1 Clemson. Aren’t you all the ones that said BK would NEVER beat Saban, too? LOL

But he beat a #1 ranked Clemson that was much better than this Clemson team. he also beat a #1 FSU until the refs took away the game winning touchdown with the single worst call in Football history. Which, again, makes me wonder - what are you guys even talking about?? Also no way does BK lose against MARSHALL and STANFORD.

I literally do not understand what you guys are even talking about. Twice as embarrassing since Kelly beat Alabama on his first attempt at LSU.
