I just moved to North Carolina last month from the Scranton, PA area. I made a lot of trips to Allentown, though. There was a restaurant called Pasta Alla Rosa in Allentown that had the best lasagna and Italian food ever. I think the day they closed was the day I was ready to move 🤣😭
