I said I fully supported this the minute Lo went down and I think this is the right move based on all the reports coming out of camp. Yes he will make mistakes but the reward may be huge (and really what would we have to lose by putting in any other guy). Kid is also very intelligent with an awesome attitude.
If KeiVarae Russell is doing as well as the coaches have said I'm on that train. Let him get his lumps, learn and get up to speed.
Although he is currently on the opposite side of the field. Hmm
Football first. IF he does play basketball it will be at ND.
If Corey can handle another 15-20 lbs and keep the speed, he will have a chance to be a really, really nice WR
Kelly said they are monitoring him day to day and when he has some swelling they are being careful with him. Hopefully he is just a little sore and taking a day to rest the ankle.
2 guess: Coincidence or they will address the team with news about Danny and do not want anything to be released accidentally.
Also as others have said this sounds very serious. Keep the Spond family in your thoughts and prayers.
I believe he was listed as 6'0 198# in the media guide. Smaller than I thought he was and actually a good size for a CB IMO. One of my favorite guys in the class, love his attitude.

@KevinBonneville Unclear, but don't think he'll be back this semester. Not a case of him going home to clear his mind i.e. Lynch/Ishaq
