Congrats to Drue on the ring. So unbelievably tired of seeing KC win. Doubly tired of seeing Taylor Swifts stupid face.

Angeli looked great, without a doubt. I am rooting for him. However, we were having the same discussion about Buchner last year. He reminded me very much of Pyne, Buchner, Coan and Hartman. The IT factor, to me, is how a leader leads his men in the face of adversity. I haven’t seen an ND QB really shine under pressure since… Kizer maybe? I am probably missing something glaring but I have blocked off entire seasons to keep myself sane so this is what comes to mind. Hoping ND has a great QB for the next three or four years.

Game was good but that last Frosted Flakes commercial was fire.

I hope he stays next season.
For me it depends on which Tommy Rees he is like "Tommy Ice" or "Turnover Tommy", I recall a lot of both.

Whether it is like watching FCS or not, just glad we have another month of college football.

Is Hartman draftworthy? I guess one more game isn’t going to be the difference but it feels like he will get a flyer as an UDFA to me.

Dude. Seriously? Do you really have nothing better to do with your time. I agree with some of your points in some posts. Other times the stuff you come to say is just unnecessary. This being one of them.
What happened to the poo emoji for downvoting? Glad TB gets to finish his career at ND.

Agreed…I think Estime sits. Wouldn’t blame him at all. Wonder if we’ll see Alt, maybe Fisher and Watts sit. Maybe Baptiste too but he seems to love playing.
Yeah, hard to get mad at these guys after all of the career changing injuries we have seen in bowl games. I like them for me, bowl games, sort of a waste for the kids though. At least for the upperclassmen.
-
I wonder how the underwhelming bowl selection is going to affect opt outs. Hartman needs all the screen time he can get but I can see Estime sitting.

FSU should be pissed. They would probably get murdered in the playoffs but they earned their chance to get murdered.
-
Is it wrong that I like Harbaugh? I hate Michigan but it’s tough to not like the guy.
-
Yucky feeling that Bama is going to beat Georgia, though second half could go either way. If Bama wins I am betting they will be in. Suspecting that FSU is going to lose tonight.
I don’t really care if it is Georgia or Bama, just don’t want to see two SEC teams back in the playoffs.

So... I never make turkey for Thanksgiving, my whole family pretty much hates it but we decided to do it this year. I didn't order in time to get a heritage turkey from a reasonable spot, the only place that still had them was charging 165 to ship the bird on top of a cost of 165, so I shut that down. I did end up ordering a Willie Bird free range from Williams Sonoma, hopefully it gets here in a not frozen state.
Anyway, I digress, a couple questions:
1. For anyone who has gotten a heritage turkey, is it worth it?
2. The turkey should arrive with a dry brine already, but wondering if there are tips to give it some flavor. It is supposed to arrive the day before Thanksgiving, which is a drag since I won't get a ton of injection time, but it is what it is. Tips for getting some last minute flavor?
3. Recipes for dry brine to or rub for the turkey as well as last minute injection?
Cheers

Between Ryan Day getting all butthurt about Lou Holtzs comments and Dabo getting overwrought about a phone in caller on a radio sports show, I am really struggling to take those guys seriously.
Is it just me or are people making up lame excuses to get “fired up”?

You're probably right. And I get it. Whatever they've installed and however they're calling these plays right now, it's still better than Rees. It lacks polish and creativity, but has some good fundamentals. Clemson is friggin' good! If we'd have beaten Louisville - THAT is the indictment really!
So I guess I just wish they could get better and add the necessary wrinkles without giving up that continuity. Great OC's aren't easy to find (or keep).
But I get it. He probably has to go. It's a tough business.
I think it is reasonable to point out that Clemson is better than their record reflects, if that is a real thing. I saw an ESPN chart earlier this week that showed how Clemson's efficiency stacks up against ND's other opponents, and I believe they were just behind OSU. They are a good team, better than ND it seems.

The O hasn’t been right since Louisville. Defense has been winning games for us along with Estime and Tyree. Bad stuff.

That has to be the end of the Hartman experiment.
Just what I was thinking.

This is a good game to record. I’m going on o go do something productive for a bit. Good day fellas.

I feel like Hartman has just been regressing since Louisville. Maybe it is line play don’t know but need some electricity.

If Freeman goes 1-11 every year but that one win is SC I will vote to keep him. Hate SC. Great win. Whatever bowl game comes, whatever the next four games hold, last night was enough to get me through to next year.

Tyree deserves some love. Couple of clutch plays from him.

Wow. What a beating. How does the team that laid an egg in Louisville do that? Looks like they passed the curse to SC. Crazy.
