i believe that he changed his date to the end of july i thought, cuz he saw the class was fillin up! or was that someone else?

He might take a visit in July, but you can't take official visits until the school year starts.

I would bet that if JB is still planning on an October visit anywhere but ND...then he may be out of luck! The ship is sailing and I think he is on the bubble right now anyway with the limited number of schollies and bigger needs at other positions. If he is serious about attending ND, he better make up his mind quick!

You're thinking about unofficial visits - he's asking about the official visits scheduled.

i agree, its gonna be done be4 the school year, unless we save a couple for the big guys!

To answer the original question, I assume it can be done. There was a BBall recruit who took officials on back to back days with UK and UofL. It has to be the same for football.

Brown will commit on his unofficial visit

Gut feeling or something substantial?

just from everything I've read. his dad turns on the computer and the background is ND.

I've read that as well and agree that it is a good sign...as good as moving the visit up. Good signs but it's still Jeremy's call (Vidal Hazleton anyone?). I agree with you, I think there's a good chance he leaves Irish, was wondering if you heard anything apart from that as you posted it twice with authority, or at least some serious confidence.

So hypothetical here....

What if ND has 1 spot left but Floyd or Filer still havent commited and then a guy like J. Brown commits to take the last spot.....does the staff say "sorry kid, we're waiting for a couple other guys" or does he just get that last spot and the others (floyd or filer) look elsewhere?

Just wanting to get some insight to when kids want to commit for that last spot.

you've got a really good point diego. jeremy brown is a good player but we don't need to bring in three CBs in this class, yes brown is a good WR to but i'd rather have floyd and baldwin. i feel that if brown commits it could throw a monkey wrench into the rest of recruiting because of limited spots left. floyd, baldwin, filer and sabino are really must gets and if they wait to long there's a good chance that ND would not be able to bring them in.

IMO He will commit on his visit or his space will fill quickly. I think by the end of the month we have Filer, Brown and hopefully the clear leader for Sabino (with an imminent commit).

The visit is totally up to the recruit. You can come and go whenever you want. The only thing is most kids take a few days because you have to look at the school (academics), the football facilities, schemes, and also the social life at the school. So most kids take the full time on their visits. Plus the schoosl spoil them so thats not to bad either.

my theory on all this is DMac bumped JBrown out of this class on the D side of the ball and ND is now backing off of JBrown for D, bit stil pursuing him as an a WR insurance policy if dont get Floyd/Baldwin. ( ihappen to love JBrown at WR his tapes are great-Dein Branch like to me)

DMac gotta believe is more wired than any other recruit into the ND family, got the word that JBrown has a ticket, hes visiting, and if he commits your out, Danny Boy, so Danny speeds up his process, beats to the punch. time will tell.
