IrishCalves
Its too bad I'm not allowed to post rivals photos directly, 'cause the scout ones... well, they aren't as good. Not sure if I've said it before, but I'm gonna go ahead and say it. And realize, I'm NOT comparing the two on the field. Watch the video interview PlayLikeAChampion linked. Now, take a look at this snapshot, and view the interview again. http://graphics.jsonline.com/graphics/packer/img/news/may06/favre50606-200.jpg Am I crazy to think that there's a resemblance there? Yes, there's about 20 years separation between the two (almost to the day actually), and Favre doesn't shave near as much as Dayne, but other than that do you guys see what I'm on to? Tell me if I'm wrong, but it's been eating away at me for a while.
PlayLikeAChampion
Excellent observation calves. when you here him talk although his voice doesn't sound like favre, his attitude does and thats even better
FROSH
calves, good comparison. if his attitude is anything like brett favre then he will be my second or third favorite football player of all time, to brett favre and reggie white. i love ND more than the packers, but those two guys are amazing. blarney_stank
Nice comparison. He doesn't throw the prettiest ball I've ever seen but he sure puts some zip on his passes. Hopefully he has touch as well.
Soko
Damn, I love this guy in a non homoerotic way. His arm is beastly and he's built like a tank. He's more impressive than any other QB I've seen so far and if he stays injury free then he's a 5 star QB. He could ruffle some feathers after his redshirt year
nd1baby
Yeah, I thought it was strange how he was throwing wobbly balls - but they were going 100 mph and hit the marks. Dr. Weis with fix that.
domeanddomer
Damn, I love this guy in a non homoerotic way. See, you started off ok here, but then you threw this in, His arm is beastly and he's built like a tank. and it launched you right back into homoerotic positive. IrishKnight1023
Notre Dame HS had a game on TV today and I watched some of it. I noticed that Dayne Crist led them down the field with 1 minute left to score on a 30 yard PERFECTLY thrown TD pass to win the game. It was the first game of the season and his first season as the starter, so leadership qualities are there. I saw McDonald on defense as well, he's very physical, but didn't really do that much which dissapointed me because he is my favorite recruit. But I can't expect the guy to get a tackle on every play...I guess I got used to Crist handling the ball everyplay and wondering why McDonald didn't make every tackle. I watched about 20-25 minutes of the game so I missed alot of McDonald and Crist, but I was impressed with what I saw from both of them. Guest irish_at_birth
Sorry I probably wasn't very clear. To say mole means they are going to acquire some info or sway a recruit. What I was trying to say is "there is no secret to the recruiting success. Just hard work. So there is no info to acquire."
