just accepted a bid to play in the army all star game. tom lemming says that he thinks that 12 ND commits will play in the game. thats is awesome!

At least now we can see ALL of our commits play in one of these two games. It does take away from "The best of the best" playing eachother though.

---Noooo no, they already got Will Hill, Pryor, Julio Jones and a bunch of big names. basically it's going to be split down the middle talent wise for both games.

no from what i believe is that espn is going after the top talent and trying to sell them on it. the players have a choice, most of them have grown up on the AAA game, so most of them will pick the AAA game.

But of course ESPN is offering a free week in Disney land aren't they? For me, that would be TOUGH to turn down.

I think the ESPN Game could put Lemming's game to an end. The ESPN is going to televise all practices and have a ton of in depth coverage compared to the AA Game.

I believe Slaughter is also playing in the ESPN game.

Plus the class will be about 98% done by the AA game so there won't be as many "unpleasant surprises" as last year

there's actually 3 AA games right, b/c there's the 1 that Nuss and Tate played in last year.

-----Yeah but if they had a ESPNU game last year you can bet Tate and Nuss would've played in that instead. With all the extra spots now with the two games, that 3rd one won't be taking any of our guys anymore.
