Scout.Com is being sued in a class action suit evidentltyly by Bucknuts #1 suiter, in a Texas court. Reason.....With holding revenues, and dishonest accounting processes. there is no response by Scout yet or Mike Frank.

I think that there are a number of suits going on. Complaints are public documents, so there is nothing confidential about this issue. See below.

That's too bad! I know Scout is a little tardy about their info, but compared to Rivals, they are much more accurate. Rivals is the bottom of the barrel. A dime spent on Rivals info is a dime you're better off making a necklace out of for your grandma!

I always think it is better to make necklaces for grandma anyway.

 

It would be ashame if scout went down just for the purpose of keeping rivals honest. Even if scout is worse, it is still competition.

Rivals video's are frickin awesome! Here about a recruit BAM watch tons of video on the kid. I don't read much info on rivals.

Even as an attorney, a 55-page complaint is mind-numbing. I hope that the attorneys produce a better product down the road. You should be able to read the Table of Contents and get a sense for what the lawsuit is about. That isn't the case here.

 

Maybe I'll read it tonight for kicks. I just downloaded the DVD from Nevin, and (just like last year) I start to watch it in June to get pumped up for football season.

 

I hate this time of year.....no hockey (not interested in the Stanley Cup matchup), and no football makes me go crazy.

SJ, i know DD has had run ins with IEyes before, im just confused as to why they got sued/will get sued/whatevers happening. Its just very confusing for me so any clear up of what is happening would be appreciated
