THE FUTURE IS TOMORROW

The future is tomorrow.

As I type this tomorrow is the 20th of May. Notre Dame seniors will be graduating and moving to their future.

For we football fans Charlie Weis comes off the recruiting road. The Notre Dame football teams future comes exactly 10 days later on the 30th. The coaches will be reviewing film of the four Quarterbacks. This will end countless arguments and bickering among fans as they sided with one Quarterback or another. The Media can finally shut up about the final two and start anew on the two. (Catchy rhyme)

We fans will now have to back whatever future is to be.

I hope that CW announces the QB we don't have any transfers. Everyone knows that a 3rd string QB is just two plays from being a starter. I still think it will be Jones & Clausen.

i think if we go by what we've seen (the spring game) and what we've heard (from some eyewitness accounts of spring practice sessions), we would have to assume the "two" will be clausen and sharpley.

i think that jones might see a position switch and, i know nick doesn't wanna hear this, zach most likely will seek a transfer.

my somewhat-educated-two-cents...

Heard Coach Weis say on the Jim Rome a.m. radio show (Thursday), that he will announce at the end of this month. Well, we are nearing the end of the month. 8)

anyone who says Zach may/could/might/will transfer. From now on, i will take your thoughts like id take a red sox fans thoughts...i will say i couldnt give a rats ass. Im not trying to be mean or anything, but i feel like if saysing it around 25 times wont help...why give a crap when these people say it. Doesnt mean i wont make more posts that say that if someone else says it.

Another reason to like you Nick. My feelings exactly on the Red (spit spit) Sox Nation. Been a Yankee fan forever.

I have been a Laker fan since the aqqusition of Lew Alcinder (yes, I am that old) and still am. But I have been a bit upset with all the Kobe scenario(s) that have grown the past couple of years. Is he or isn't he the man? He is a great player, but Jordan he never will be.

College, have always been a Bob Knight fan...period. But I also like Duke. In college basletball, I am more a fan of the coaching than I am of the team or its players? Make sense?

Et tu, Nick and others I formerly respected (dreamer etc)

IrishKnight, I haven't forgotten you either!

What can I say, Yankees 10 games out, nuff said. Normally, I wouldn't jump in and antagonize but (spit, spit) I can only take so much. Nick esp, we share Belmont Hill, you live in Wellesley, just a stone's throw from Fenway and we have Barry Gallup, a Red Sox fan and your Avatar.

You are young yet so it's not too late to pull you back from the Dark Side!!!

You can do it, ND/Red Sox Fans everywhere will help!!!! :D

Touche' IrishCrazy...a rival is what it is sometimes...it took years for me to develop this feeling for the Red Sox. Of course, it is not directed towards the fans themselves...I think they are great. Whats not to like about a group that loves their team as much as I do. In a sick and pitiful way...I am glad for you today.

But IC...Young Nick stays with us......................... :winking:
