IrishLeopard
The RB on cretin hall, mike floyds team, has committed to minnesota, i forget his name but it is on scout.com, if more then one of his teammates goes there, is there a shot they grab mike too? ( and yes i saw the article where mike says his top five of ND, mich, osu, florida, and wisc)

Oh no, Urban's got his foot in the door.
foreverirish34
florida is in his top five and they havent offered yet. not a good sign
irishziggy
i agree. when a team's in someone's top 5 without offering, you know there's a lot of interest.

Guest shark83
Everybody take a deep breath. If I had to pick one national recruit that we are in on that I feel the most confident about, Floyd would definitely be it.
Guest JerseyDomer
If i was one of the top WR's in the country, I'd have Florida in my top 5 too, wouldn't you? ----- think if you weren't a Notre Dame fan for a second when answerin. I gotta agree with Shark on this one. We should feel real good with Floyd
Ray Herring
I'd love for a top WR to explain their interest in UF. Florida has dozens of elite underclassmen WRs in front of them. I respect someone who wants to compete at the top level, but it seems that kids nowadays are bandwagon jumpers with no real insight into depth charts, playing styles, or playing time. NDFan3
I agree Jersey, why not have the reigning NC team in your top 5. Also, I feel very confident in Floyd as well. I think we can count on CW to attract at least one stud WR in every class. The way our offense is setup, it pretty much sells itself. To answer the initial question Leopard, I think in the end Minnesota will make a late push, and maybe even make Floyd think about them, but in the end idk why he'd pass up ND to be a Gopher. jfschellcrna
Not trying to sound to pessimistic, ala Russ; however, it's a little tough to get excited about a recruit this early in the game given what happened this past year with all those so called "locks". Very true. There are no more "locks", but there are still "leans" and Floyd is definitely a lean, and that is something to be optimistic about. 2lakes
We've got one big advantage on Coach Meyer in this case: he won't be journeying that far north until he can wear his polo. And in Minnesota that won't be until June.
