TE Greg Olsen just made himself a LOT of money by running a 4.45 in the combine, league sources are saying he may have just vaulted himself into the top 15.

Yeah I saw that, he's one good TE. Can't wait for Ragone to come in, he runs around that time, too. Although he is coming back from that injury...

Yeah i'm concerned about the injury too, it usually takes someone about 2 years to return to full step (McGahee, Edge James) although some such as Carson Palmer have returned to full force in just a year

I'm a lil suspicious of the 4.45 time listed for Ragone simply because as we'll see here at the combine, 4.45 is a DAMN fast speed, so i have my doubts about his time to begin with, but even if the time is a bit exaggerated he still is faster than just about any TE in the 07 class. I guess we'll find out exactly how fast he is in 3-4 years when he is at the NFL combine himself

Yeah, no kidding. Can you imagine that? Fasano, Olsen, Carlson, Freeman, Reuland, Yeatman, Ragone... Helloooooo Tight End U!

amen to that, unfortunately this will help Miami's recruiting efforts because Olsen will continue in the line of 1st round TE's (Shockey, Winslow, etc)

was it just 9, i thought they got their 10th rigth after the season.

as for the ragone statements. ragone is that fast and he's been ok since the end of october/beginning of november as he was contemplating coming back for the playoffs, but it wouldnt have been worth it especially b/c they were playing powerhouse Don Bosco(trattous team). Ragone is def the real deal. He's lost a little bit of weight, but he should be back to beast mode by fall practice. The kid could play WR or TE, that's how good his patterns are.
